For optimized viewing, You Score Horses requires a tablet with a screen size of at least 7” running Android 4.0 (or later).
Other
things to consider when choosing a tablet for You Score Horses:
- Since equestrian events typically take place outdoors, consider a
tablet that can be used in bright light.
- Consider a tablet whose battery can be replaced or augmented with another charged battery
to extend the time that the tablet can be used.
- You may wish to print a hard copy of a score card at the judging station in which
case you may need, depending upon the printer, a USB port, Blue Tooth, or WIFI connectivity. Choosing a tablet with all three options
assures that you will be able to interface with many different types of printers if desired.
- An optional keyboard is a nice feature
if you prefer a physical keyboard
